Service Description

The Premium Property Package Plus+ Includes • Minimum 25 interior and exterior images • Cinematic video tour approximately 2-3 minute in length with music chosen by WV Media, unless the client requests an alternate choice • Both branded and non-branded video link for the MLS • Aerial drone video & photography • Matterport 3D Virtual Tour • Exterior Twilight Photography • Detailed laser accurate 2D floor plans • Marketing media (property website, social media photo slideshows, printable property flyers, and social media tiles) • Realtor property introduction can be added to video for an additional $100 • Custom text or branding information can be added for an additional $100 • Individual property website available for an additional $50 $999.00 for properties under 3,000 sq ft (+$150.00 each additional 1,000 sq ft) * WV Media is fully insured and Transport Canada Advanced Certified for aerial drone photography Photo Delivery: The approximate turnaround time to receive photos is by 6 p.m. the next business day. e.g. If the scheduled photoshoot is on Friday the photos will be published by Monday. Video Delivery: The approximate turnaround time to receive videos is approximately 48 hours after completion of shooting. 24 Hour Cancellation Policy: Cancelations or rescheduling of appointments are permitted up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. Any cancellation or rescheduling within 24 hours is subject to a $250 fee. If the property is not ready or not accessible to us at the time of the appointment, it will need to be rescheduled and a $300 fee will be imposed. License/Usage: All marketing materials, including photographs, videos and other media produced by WV Media for realtors may be used by them for the marketing of the property as well as the realtor's own self promotion or their brokerage's marketing campaigns. However, the copyright of all marketing materials is legally owned by WV Media. Any usage of these materials by a third party is strictly prohibited unless approved by WV Media and an additional licensing fee may be required.
